Daily Activity Planners
"A thousand mile journey starts with a single step." Make each day as meaningful as possible toward your goal of getting better.Here are 7 different daily activity planners. Each planner suggests a different level of activity, from the simplest to more challenging activities. For example, the first planner will get you started with basic activities as you begin to get back on track. After achieving the goals set forth in the first planner, you can move on to the next one. Work your way up through all 7 planners, as you are able to take on more challenging daily activities. Use each planner for as many days or weeks as you like, going at a pace that is comfortable for you.
We suggest you work on the planners with people involved in your treatment. You should also consult with your doctor about certain activities, such as exercise. Remember that these planners are NOT intended to replace any instructions from your doctor. Make each day count!
